In this week's edition of misadventures with @ZiplyFiber, 60% packet loss! Horrible outgoing packet loss today! Every time Ziply makes an account change at church, our DSL provisioning is messed up. Please @SpaceXStarlink, allow churches to sign up!

Now stuck on terminal hold to deal with tech support and billing. I can honestly say, I've never dealt with a more incomptent group than @ZiplyFiber. They make Frontier look reasonable. C'mon @SpaceXStarlink bail me out here!

@ZiplyFiber my friends in Douglas county are getting screwed by your service. I am advising a class action lawsuit against your company for a lack of services these people have paid for.

@ZiplyFiber Your technical support is totally worthless. I spoke to a tech about the slow internet speed and she stated there was nothing Ziply could do. Are you kidding me? I’m paying for your service you won’t maintain or test it???

Dear @ZiplyFiber in spite what your outage page on your website tells, and what your teenage support staff are told to tell, you have widespread internet/phone outages in the Boring/Sandy, Oregon area. If you don't have crews, be honest. My family can't even call.

Issues I have dealt with @ZiplyFiber: saying a location is ready when it is not, delaying install a few days past initial date, no account information given, someone else's number associated with my account, no billing information given, connection has stopped.

@Wxcafe I had a similar conversation with a @ZiplyFiber sales rep after I told him I was already a customer and he asked how I liked it? He admitted he had no clue what #IPv6 was, but wrote it down in his tablet to pass back up the chain. That was years ago. I still tunnel through HE. 🙄
