I’m looking for recommendations for guided relaxation tracks (like for relaxing each part of your body before sleep) — specific links to ones that are free or for purchase. I’m also interested if you’ve purchased Hypnobirthing courses and, if so, which ones and what your experience was! Thank you!

I took the HypnoBabies course with my first baby and it was wonderful! Even though my birth didn’t go as I hoped, I was still so grateful to have had the skills to relax through labor and all the other pregnancy, breastfeeding, etc. knowledge they teach. I still utilize the relaxation skills when I’m anxious or can’t fall asleep!

I’ve just ordered @popthatmumma ‘s Birth Box and she currently has 50% off because she just gave birth to her second!

Just came to say I had the most amazing experience with hypnobirthing with my last baby and will definitely go that route again! The course I took was local through Toronto Yoga Mama's, but I just came to say how much I loved the experience of it all! And if you devide to go that route, I'd also recommend seeing a pelvic floor therapist because they can really help you connect what your pelvic floor should be doing to each contraction and work with the breathing practices. So that's very helpful as well because it's really about the release and relaxation as you mention.
